The staff welcomed us with a warm smile. Our Junior Suite was spacious, with plenty of storage. The walk to the old town was only about 10 minutes. Breakfast offered a great selection, especially the coffee. A nice experience 😊

Cleanliness standards were well-maintained throughout my stay.

The check-in process was annoyingly slow, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. There were issues with the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which I found unacceptable. The hallway lighting was poor.

Price was excellent. Location was perfect for visiting the old part of city.

Bathroom was small and not enough light in bathrooms. Lights didn't work on switch. Rooms were hot.

The property was modest with really helpful staff on check-out, I loved the stay. The location of the hotel was magnificent and unbeatable - relatively close to Albrecht Durer's House. And the area was nice quiet, so close to hills down and the castle and two uban stations.

The location was excellent for exploring the city, and the room was functional. I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the balcony. Guests should ensure they inquire about room availability before checkout hours to avoid delays.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I appreciated the fair parking garage and the overall vibe of the neighborhood.

The location is good, the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the castle and the city center is not far away as well. The area is quiet and we liked it. The staff was also very polite and helpful, they also spoke good English. Bed was also comfortable.

Room we stayed in was very outdated. The whole hotel is in desperate need of renovation! The furniture was older than me and broken. Our wardrobe was missing a door, the locks on the cupboards did not work etc. That is in no way a 4 star hotel. With some luck it can hold to 2+ stars. The price for the room was too much for what was offered. The TV was old and with CRT tube.

Choose this hotel because it was close to a area we needed to be. The hotel was very clean with good size rooms the staff were helpful and polite, Internet was in the lobby but not in the rooms We didnt eat there so I cant comment on the food. Transport was not problem with trains/trams running every couple of minutes and the stations a short walk away

The Standard Twin Room was surprisingly spacious and clean. Loved the little enclosed balcony. Perfect for some fresh air. The mini-fridge came in handy, and having two complimentary bottles of water was a nice touch. Only downside was having to request a kettle. Still, the room exceeded my expectations!

This Hotel was reasonably priced, very clean and spacious. Easy walking to the Castle and Market square. Could not have been better for us, as we had a Family Reunion a block away.

It was just a suitable option for resting at all in Nuremberg with extraordinarily good value for money. The room was spacious and clean, making it a decent spot for a short stay. Bring your own extension cord for charging devices, as there aren't many outlets available.
